· 2pm check in time

· 10am check out time

· Late check-out/early check-n requires a full night’s accommodation.

Payment Policy

· 30% deposit on booking to confirm reservation

· Pre-payment 31 days prior to arrival

· Payment must be in NZ dollars by credit card or direct credit.

Cancellation Policy

· Outside of 31 days will incur 30% of booking

· Within 31 days will incur 50% of booking

· Within 14 days will incur 100% of booking

· Cancellation will be confirmed by return fax / email

· Travel insurance is strongly recommended
