An Extension of the Henry Home, Pepe Apartment was completed in July 2009.  This spacious one bedroom beach apartment is located in Vaimaanga on the south coast of Rarotonga.

The private self contained property is open plan with the living and dining areas inside and outside on the covered porch that opens onto a wooden sundeck.  Also on the balcony are the BBQ and sun loungers for post swimming/snorkeling snoozes.

Wake up to the views of the lagoon through the window of your bedroom which features one Super-King Size Bed and a 3-seater couch, pedestal fan and separate bathroom.

There is a TV and DVD player and CD/Radio with Laundry Facilities on site.

Probably the best kept secret in terms of location on the island. The area is very quiet and has some of the cleanest, least populated white sand beaches in Rarotonga with great swimming and snorkeling.

The property is within walking distance to a supermarket and two restaurants are close by.

Because of its position directly on the beach the outdoor living area gives a spectacular vista of the tropical lagoon, the reef and the ocean beyond.
